This page describes how we protect your data and lists the third-party services (sub-processors) that help us run AiMixUp. For the full detail on encryption, account controls and your data rights, see our Security page. For business security questionnaires, write to support@aimixup.com.

Security practices

  • Encryption in transit. All connections use HTTPS with TLS 1.2/1.3; HTTP is redirected to HTTPS.
  • Encryption at rest. Chat messages, AI replies and API tokens are encrypted in our database; backups are encrypted before they leave the database server.
  • Account protection. Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) for user accounts, and mandatory two-factor authentication for staff who access the admin tools.
  • Least-privilege access. Each user's data is isolated to their account; staff access to account data is limited to support, abuse investigation and lawful requests.
  • No training on your data. We do not use your prompts or answers to train models, and we do not sell your data.

We use the following sub-processors to provide AiMixUp. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own data-protection terms.
