This page describes how we protect your data and lists the third-party services (sub-processors) that help us run AiMixUp. For the full detail on encryption, account controls and your data rights, see our Security page. For business security questionnaires, write to support@aimixup.com.
Security practices
- Encryption in transit. All connections use HTTPS with TLS 1.2/1.3; HTTP is redirected to HTTPS.
- Encryption at rest. Chat messages, AI replies and API tokens are encrypted in our database; backups are encrypted before they leave the database server.
- Account protection. Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) for user accounts, and mandatory two-factor authentication for staff who access the admin tools.
- Least-privilege access. Each user's data is isolated to their account; staff access to account data is limited to support, abuse investigation and lawful requests.
- No training on your data. We do not use your prompts or answers to train models, and we do not sell your data.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors to provide AiMixUp. Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own data-protection terms.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Processing region |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | AI model inference (chat, embeddings, image) | United States |
| Anthropic | AI model inference (Claude) | United States |
| xAI | AI model inference (Grok) | United States |
| Google Cloud (Gemini) | AI model inference (Gemini) | United States |
| LiveKit | Real-time audio/video calls, recording & transcription | United States |
| Paddle | Payments & billing (Merchant of Record) | United Kingdom / EU |
| MailerSend | Transactional & verification email | EU / United States |
| Cloudflare | Bot protection (Turnstile) | United States (global edge) |
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud hosting & encrypted object storage | United States |
| Sentry | Application error monitoring | United States |
Keycloak (identity) and our vector database run on our own managed infrastructure and are not third-party sub-processors.
