Accessibility

Last updated: 25 October 2026

We want AiMixup to work for as many people as possible, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, larger text, or reduced motion. This page describes the accessibility options the product offers and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Accessibility options you can turn on

These settings live in the app under Profile → Accessibility. They apply immediately, and the screen shows a live preview as you change them.

  • Larger text. Choose Default, Large or Larger to scale text throughout the app, independently of your device settings.
  • Reduce motion. Follow your system preference, or force animations and transitions off regardless of what your device reports.
  • Higher contrast. Increase contrast between text and background for easier reading.

How we build

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the reference we design and review against. Our sign-in, registration and chat screens are built to be reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, and controls are labelled so assistive technology can announce them.

We check our work with automated tooling and with a manual keyboard pass, and we keep improving it as the product changes. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a box we tick once.

We do not use an accessibility overlay

We do not install an accessibility overlay or widget. Overlays sit on top of a page without fixing the underlying markup, so we put the effort into our own code instead.

Tell us if something blocks you

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on our site or in the app, please tell us — we would rather hear it than not. Email accessibility@aimixup.com and, if you can, include the page or feature and the assistive technology you were using. We read every report and will come back to you.
