1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of AiMixUp services. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AiMixUp.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, Credits & Refunds

Subscriptions
We offer monthly and yearly plans (Light, Pro, Pro Plus). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Credits
Paid plans include a set number of credits each billing cycle. Credits are consumed based on AI usage. Unused credits do not roll over.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for unused credits:

• Monthly plans: Cancel within 14 days of purchase/renewal for a refund of unused credits.
• Yearly plans: Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a refund of unused credits.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Downgrades
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any remaining credits will be topped up into your new plan balance.

Cancellations
You may cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com (web) and RevenueCat (mobile).

4. HIPAA Disclaimer

AiMixUp is NOT HIPAA compliant. The service is not designed or intended for the storage, processing, or transmission of Protected Health Information (PHI) under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You agree not to use AiMixUp for any PHI or other regulated health data. We do not enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) at this time.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are provided “as is”. You are fully responsible for how you use them. Outputs may contain inaccuracies.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your inputs. We retain ownership of the platform, features, and AI infrastructure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse-engineer the service, attempt to access models directly, or use the platform for illegal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiMixUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Portugal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
