Best multi-model AI apps that put GPT, Claude and Gemini in one place.

Typing the same question into ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in three separate tabs is the most common AI workflow nobody talks about. A whole category of apps exists to fix exactly that — chat interfaces that sit in front of many providers' models so you stop paying for three subscriptions and copy-pasting between windows. It's a young, crowded field, and we're one of the entrants — so here's our honest ranking, including where we build the same table-stakes feature everyone else does, and where we don't.

Even the giants aren't safe here

Hugging Face shut down its own free multi-model hub, HuggingChat, in 2026 with no announced relaunch. "Put every model in one chat box" is table stakes, not a moat — the apps below compete on what happens after the chat, which is where most of them stop.

How we ranked these

We ranked these on three things: how many providers' models you actually get, whether there's a genuine free way to try it, and — the part most "all models in one place" tools skip entirely — whether the answer can turn into finished work instead of staying in the chat window. Every listing reflects what's on the vendor's own pricing page as of 2026. Two names sometimes mentioned alongside this category, Currai and Arahi, turned out on inspection to be a different product entirely (an LLM-testing tool, not a chat app) or a workflow-automation platform with no chat interface at all — we left both out rather than pad the list with something that isn't what it claims to be.

Agents that finish the task

The other tools here stop at the answer. AiMixup's Kanban agents pick up the task, write it, test it and ship it.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between AiMixup and tools like ChatHub or Quad Chat?

Comparison tools like ChatHub and Quad Chat are built to answer one question: which model gives the better answer right now. AiMixup does that too, then adds a shared team workspace — Kanban board and wiki — where an agent can pick up that answer and turn it into finished work.

Is there a free multi-model AI app?

Yes — several, including AiMixup, Geekflare Chat, Aymo AI and Merlin AI all offer a genuine free tier, though the amount of usage and which models are included at the free level varies a lot between them.

Can I self-host a multi-model AI chat?

Yes — LibreChat is free, open-source and MIT-licensed if you want to run the whole stack yourself. AiMixup also works with any stack and can run on your own infrastructure if you want a managed product with that option, rather than a pure DIY deploy.
